It says "early pilot" right now — how do I take part?+

Until the official launch, we're in an early pilot. Anyone can start right away with the free trial (30 days · 400 credits), and if you'd like deeper access, email us at soloscriptor@naver.com. Paid subscriptions open soon, and any remaining trial credits carry over when you convert.

Can I use it without an internet connection?+

AI features (analysis, dialogue, illustration generation) require an internet connection. However, your sermon files and archive data are all stored on your computer, so you can browse them offline.

Could my sermon manuscripts leak outside?+

Your sermon files are stored only on your computer. During AI analysis the content passes through Cloudflare Workers and the AI API, but Lampstand AI stores none of it on any server. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Which file formats are supported?+

PDF, DOCX/DOC (Word), HWP/HWPX (Hangul), PPTX (PowerPoint), and TXT. The most common manuscript formats are all supported.

What are credits?+

Credits are the unit consumed when you use AI features. A simple classification task uses 0–1 credits; a deep analysis uses around 15. For typical sermon preparation, 1,200 credits a month is plenty.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes — a 30-day free trial with no credit card. You get 400 credits and can use every feature. After installing, just enter your email under "Start free trial" in the Backup/Account tab.

Is the free trial limited to one time?+

Yes, it's limited to one per PC. Trying again with a different email won't enable another trial on the same PC.

What happens when the free trial ends?+

The trial ends automatically after 30 days or once all 400 credits are used. To keep going, simply start a subscription. The data you created during the trial (memory, ideas, schedule) is preserved.

Can I get a refund?+

Within 7 days of your first subscription payment, a refund is available after deducting used credits. See our Refund Policy for details.

What if I run low on credits?+

You can buy additional credits in the Backup/Account tab — in packs of 300 / 600 / 1,200, charged instantly. Top-up credits are used within the current billing cycle.

Can I switch between Basic and Pro?+

Yes. Request a plan change in the Backup/Account tab and the new plan applies from your next billing date. Until then your current plan stays in effect, with no extra charge in between.
